6. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid identification documents, passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documents. Sanatan Trip shall not be responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

7. Health & Fitness

Some pilgrimage and spiritual tours involve walking, climbing, or travel in remote areas. Guests should ensure they are medically fit to participate. Any existing medical conditions or dietary requirements should be communicated before the tour begins.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, accidents, and other unforeseen events.

9. Customer Responsibilities

All travelers agree to:

Sanatan Trip reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful without any refund.

Sanatan Trip acts as a travel organizer and coordinator. While we carefully select transportation providers, hotels, guides, and other service partners, we are not liable for:

• Natural disasters or extreme weather.
• Government restrictions or policy changes.
• Flight, train, or bus delays or cancellations.
• Acts of terrorism, strikes, or civil unrest.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Injuries, illnesses, or accidents beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Sanatan Trip for the booked services, where permitted by applicable law.

Sanatan Trip shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
